Alex Painting is a small, tight-knit crew of painters based in Auckland CBD. We do residential painting — interior and exterior — and we're known for one thing above everything else: communication.
We're not a big outfit with a call centre and a sales team. When you call us, you're talking to the people who actually paint your house. We come out, look at the job, give you an honest quote, and then we show up and do the work.
The thing our customers mention most is how we communicate. We exchange photos before we start so you know exactly what colours you're getting. We keep you updated during the job. If something comes up — a surface that needs extra prep, a colour that's going to need an extra coat — we tell you before it turns into a surprise on the invoice.
